The hotel industry is all about people, and in a marketplace based on online reputation and guest reviews, a hotel with an individual character will have a competitive edge, gaining in International reach and exposure.

Our Executive Team

We are passionate to create one-of-a-kind experiences for our guests. And our team combines personal interaction with creative ideas, to differentiate our hotels. And, on-top we have a single-minded commitment to profitability.

Hook & Harrison was founded in 2024 by Leah Charter (CEO) and George Pinger (COO), both with an extensive background in hospitality. travel, hotel, entertainment, property management and restaurant operations. Overseeing a number of entertainment, hotel restaurant and waterfront venues. Cost controls, training, menus, wine lists and beverage training, staffing, marketing and promotions, e-commerce, distribution technology, hotel operations and revenue strategies.

We saw a large opportunity for independent hotels in the industry. In the age of user-generated content (online reviews) and a thirst for authentic experiences by consumers, originality and exceptional standards stand to flourish. Independent hotels by their nature have a tremendous upside that can be leveraged into successful business results.
